As a permanent makeup artist, Jennifer has the ability to pin point and address specific fine lines and areas of concern such as crowfeet, frown lines, forehead lines, smile lines, upper lip lines, acne and chicken pox scars, etc
Precision Skin Needling is similar to pigment implantation, but without pigments (ink). A “dry needle” is directed through the center of crevices (wrinkles) or acne scars to draw a light bloodline. As the brain recognizes trauma to that area, it responds by generating collagen and elastin directing it to the affected area.
Only a certified, experienced artist with a steady hand has the ability to perform this precise technique.
The methods offered by other clinics involve skin rollers which encompass large areas and are unable to target and treat a specific wrinkle or scar. Such derma rollers are good for in between precision treatments and the overall improvement of skin texture (minimizing of pores and maximizing tightness).
Jennifer recommends getting your procedure late in the day. Most patients look great by the next morning, after an 8 hour good night's sleep.
The amazing human body is endlessly working on renewing itself, this happens to a great extent when we are sleeping and our body’s energy can be mostly directed toward restorative and healing processes.
Healing will continue on and be complete in 6 - 8 weeks.
Immediately after the procedure:
1) Avoid sun exposure
2) Don't touch your face
3) Go to bed early and get a good night's sleep
4) Use a gentle cleanser in the morning and apply makeup as usual.
5) Keep the treated areas moist with a light layer of petrolatum.
Most of our clients are amazed at the immediate results! The next day they look plump and glowing due to the body's rush of collagen to repair the wounds. When this stage wears off they would like to do it again, but we must wait patiently for the iNatural skin cell repair needs patience. Our treatments will be performed 3 times a year. Patients must follow the after care regimen.
*Sessions include topical anesthesia and numbing time. Full face: Forehead, frown, crowfeet, smile and lip lines as well as scars.
